Preschoolers on the move

The publication, intended primarily for teachers of preschool and younger school-age children, kindergarten teachers and parents, deals with the all-round physical training of children. The authors focused on practical examples of exercise units and movement games. They use animals as motivation, which are a means of making it easier for children to understand and become more interested. The book also includes a methodology of movement training for this specific age category, including a description of the structure of the exercise unit. The text is accompanied by more than a hundred pictures and photographs.
