Red Heron - DVD

Ballerinas who have to end their careers prematurely don't have it easy. They have dedicated their entire lives to dance, and they aren't fully prepared for the real world – aside from their extreme self-discipline and willpower, pushed to the limit.
Former prima ballerina Dominika Egorova (Jennifer Lawrence) also lives in modern-day Russia and, along with her mother, faces a bleak and uncertain future. This makes her easy prey for the Russian secret intelligence service, and she is recruited into their 'Sparrow School'. Here, a brutal training regime teaches its 'students' to use their bodies and minds as perfect weapons in the role of professional seductresses.
After completing the perverse and sadistic training, Dominika, as the most dangerous Sparrow, is assigned to target Nathaniel Nash (Joel Edgerton), a CIA officer handling one of the most important spies in Russia. Dominika and Nathaniel engage in a battle of wills filled with spy tricks and mistrust, but above all, they internally struggle with their undeniable mutual attraction.
Can Nathaniel convince her that he is the only person she can trust?
