Redlová Lucie: Lidová Redlová - CD

For two decades, the singer-songwriter Lucie Redlová has resisted fully following the legacy of her father Vlasta Redl.
Her love for folk and feedback music and her years of experience from the bands Docuku and Garde have been fully exploited only now, on the album Lidová Redlová. She recorded the album in collaboration with musician and producer Jiří Hradil (Tata Bojs, Kafka Band, Lesní zvěř, Hrubá Hudba). He contributed significantly to its final sound and in most of the songs he also plays a musical instrument. The whole project was set in motion by the song Kamarádko moje (My Friend), which Redlová dedicated to her friend Jitka Šuranská, who died prematurely. S
The album also includes the song Hudci dedicated to David Stypek. A great contribution to the recording are the guest appearances of Eva Štěrbová, Petr Mička and his Horňácká music, Petr Vavřík, Marcel Gabriel and Ivo Viktorín (who also sang in the beautiful song Fialečka). The album contains adapted folk songs (Wallachian and Slovak) as well as their own, including the strongly committed song Vodo moja, which was written after the repeated disaster on the river Bečva. Lucie Redlová recorded the album in Studio V in Zlín.
