Replacements: Don't Tell A Soul - LP

Don't Tell a Soul is the sixth studio album by the American band The Replacements. It was released on 1 February 1989 by Sire Records and was produced by Matt Wallace along with the band members. This is the band's first album to feature guitarist Slim Dunlap.

Rhino's Start Your Ear Off Right campaign traditionally welcomes the new year. As part of the 2020 activities, vinyl reissues of a whole range of records are available, which are historically perceived as important and even essential. These are albums by The Replacements, Deep Purple, Devo, Ramones, MC5, Bad Company, Sex Pistols, Uncle Tupelo or artists like Van Morrison, Stevie Nicks, Warren Zevon, and the soundtrack to the TV series Twin Peaks.

These alternative rock pioneers hail from Minneapolis, where they formed in 1979. Although they never achieved significant commercial success, they are among the most revered rock bands. Their work shows the influence of legends like the Rolling Stones, The Clash, and Faces, as well as The Beatles and Ramones.
