Sad Matej: Van Stories (EP) - CD

Debut EP of Slovak singer and multi-instrumentalist. You will find on it the singles Psycho Love and Faitytale, which have received significant airplay on our radios, and two new tracks. Musically, Matej is in the same space as Imagine Dragons or Coldplay - combining live instruments with electronics and building on strong melodies.

Matej is a very talented Slovak musician. He studied classical music and teaches it himself at the conservatory in Žilina. At the same time, he works in the band of singer Martin Harich, where he alternates between the positions of drummer and bassist. He has now capitalized on this experience in a solo project. As he puts it: "I had to wait for pop, I had to grow up for pop! " In 2020 he debuted with the original single Psycho Love, which, as well as other things, he recorded with producer Rikki Lee Scicluna from Gilkicker Studios in Malta. That is one of the reasons why his recordings have world-class parameters.

Year of publication: 2021 (EP)
