Save the King

Jakub Protiva from Protivec gave up his office of the New Town town town clerk and after his brother's death returned to his native fortress in southern Bohemia. However, a sudden visit from the royal court breaks him out of his peaceful retreat. He learns that the Czech King Wenceslas IV. captured by his half-brother King Sigismund of Hungary and imprisoned in an unknown place. In addition, the Czech crown jewels were also lost. Jakub Protiva, as an experienced investigator, is charged with the search for the king and the jewels. Many obstacles stand in his way, but it is fortunate that his friend, the monk Blasius, on whose wit he usually relies, shows up in time. Will our duo be able to save the king and find the lost crown jewels?
