Servants of the dark forces

Murders, Power Struggles, and a Vanished Priest

Tadeáš of Příhrazy arrives in Sadská at the request of Wenceslas II to investigate the strange deaths of local noblemen. However, the unfortunate accidents soon turn into premeditated murders, and more victims appear. Against his will, Tadeáš finds himself drawn into a whirlwind of power struggles where everyone is pitted against each other. Everything changes when the local priest, Father Benedikt, a close friend of the Lord of Příhrazy, disappears without a trace from the Nymburk rectory. At that moment, it becomes clear that Tadeáš is facing an enemy unlike any he has ever encountered before.
Will he and Vítek be able to solve the multitude of crimes this time, or will he fail and lose the king's favour?
