Shamanic path to freedom

Wars, poverty, disasters and other events have brought the planet to the brink of an abyss. In our personal lives, many of us carry deep-rooted fear, resentment, anger and even hatred towards others and ourselves. Since ancient times, Toltec shamans have taught that the root of all this discord is the human mind and what they called the addiction to suffering. They also taught that a time would come when we would have to decide whether to free ourselves from this addiction or pay the ultimate price. According to the Toltec shaman don Jose Ruiz, that time is now, and the necessary change can only come from within.
