Marsha Kocábová doesn’t consider herself a chef or a culinary guru, she just wants to share tried-and-tested recipes from her beloved home – the American South. And why? Mainly because for thirty years, she has been hearing that “Americans are fat because all they eat is hamburgers” or that “American women don’t cook”.
