Support Lesbiens: Glow - CD

Legendary SUPPORT LESBIENS symbolically light up the month of September with many musical colours!

They are releasing their twelfth full-length album, aptly titled GLOW.

Preparations for the album release started a year ago, when the band released the first single Movin'On. That was the first time Support Lesbiens introduced themselves in a new line-up with singer and co-writer Dušan Marek and the aforementioned song became a hit on Czech radio within a short time. It was also awarded as one of the best music videos of 2017 in the musical poll Žebřík. Even Brighter Day, which was the second taster from the new album, was again one of the most successful domestic singles.

Current single Ocean, which was released on August 31st, will also launch a new album "Glow" on October 12th, 2018.

The new album, on which the whole band contributed, contains 11 tracks and this time Supporti will present themselves in Czech. The band entrusted the lyrics of the song Hazardér to one of our best domestic lyricists - Xindl X.

Singer Dusan Marko, who is also the author of all 10 English lyrics, adds to the album: "Glow or Shine, that's just how I felt, because each of the eleven songs shines in different colours for me. Dark shades for me are carried by songs like Ocean, People or Movin'On, while e.g. The New Generation thing literally shines. And we also went into calmer tones, which we really enjoyed, which I think is obvious: -)".

"I'm delighted that Ocean has been chosen as the single to introduce our new record to fans. The majesty of the oceans has always inspired humility and curiosity in me; the water that creates it can also destroy. In the song Ocean, we used its mood to capture both its calm surface and its great power. In metaphorical form, Ocean means nothing but love. Simply surrendering to love without boundaries, knowing that even if you are moved, you have given it your all. and we put it all in our Ocean: -)" adds singer Dušan Marko.

The mixing and mastering of the album was done at Ecson Waldes' Biotech studio.

Since its formation in 1992, Support Lesbiens has undergone several personnel changes. They currently play in the line-up of:

Dusan Marko "Marco" /song/

Hynek Toman /guitar/

Filip Fendrych /guitar/

Marek Marian Lezdik /bass guitar/

Radek Tomasek /drums/

Without a doubt, the ever-respected Lesby have released 12 studio albums, 2 compilation albums and one live recording.
