Survive - DVD

A film based on a true story.
In 1972, a plane carrying the Uruguayan national rugby team crashed in the Latin American Andes. Many people died in the crash, but some survived. After a few days, via radio, they learn that all rescue operations have been cancelled.
No one believes anyone could survive. The weather is worsening and limited supplies are getting thinner by the day. So two of the team decide to cross the Andes and return with help for the rest. Their brave stunt will succeed. He'll be back with help. In the meantime, 29 people die and the remaining 16 manage to survive only through cannibalism.
