The Alan Parsons Project: Eye in the Sky

LP Record Eye in the Sky is the sixth studio album by The Alan Parsons Project and arguably the prog-rock group's most commercially successful record. The opening instrumental track, Sirius, is one of the most famous in sport – the fanfare is inextricably linked with the announcement of Michael Jordan and his Chicago Bulls. The title track, which flows seamlessly from it, became a chart success and can still be heard on radio stations today. With its excellent depth, concert hall-level separation, and realistic delivery, Eye in the Sky is an outstanding example of how important perfectionism is to the work of sound and recording engineers.
