The bloody law

A gripping tale of suspense from the New York Times bestselling author with attorney Amanda Jaffe

Attorney Dale Masterson is a wealthy and successful oil and coal company attorney. When his subordinate, Christine Larson, is found dead, he and his firm come under scrutiny. However, the seemingly straightforward case becomes muddled when Masterson is beaten to death in his mansion and a witness sees his son fleeing the scene. Brandon, obsessed with saving the planet, confesses to killing his father - revenge for all his controversial clients who destroy the environment and the lives of ordinary people.
Lawyer Amanda Jaffe is supposed to be defending Brandon, but the case is getting complicated - if Brandon is innocent and taking on the role of martyr, then who murdered Masterson? And what's the connection between Masterson and Larson's murder?

They wrote about the book Bloody Law

This was the first book in the Amanda Jaffe series that I've read, and I have to admit that I liked it a lot. Since the genre of detective stories, thriller or thriller. I don't primarily read action, this was a great diversion!
