The Catcher in the Rye

Someone is watching me. But do they really want to hurt me?

Creekside. After my divorce, it was supposed to be my new beginning. A place to settle down with my daughter, start teaching at the local secondary school, and with a bit of luck, maybe figure out what happened to my friend who lived here. And died.
But Creekside had more mysteries in store for me than I expected. And more obstacles. No one warned me that the school is run by spoilt boys who will try to ruin my fresh start. Especially one of them – Drew Fletcher. Rich, handsome, disturbed. A manipulative sociopath who won't take no for an answer.
But he's not the only one threatening me. I'm not safe. It hits me the moment the woods behind my house light up in red. Someone is in there. Someone is watching me. But do they really want to hurt me?
