The Enchanted Feather - DVD

The Enchanted Feather is a fairy tale by Zdeněk Troška about the power of love and a good heart helping to overcome adversity.

Listen to the story of a brave girl who sets out into the world to free an enchanted prince.
Aninka lives on a farm with her two conceited sisters, whom she must constantly serve. One day, she finds a feather, which she uses to summon Prince Vítek, who has been enchanted and turned into a bird. When her evil sisters discover that Aninka is meeting a handsome young man, they take the feather from her, destroy it, and Vítek disappears. The only way to break his curse is for Aninka to find him somewhere in the world. And so, the girl sets off on a journey to save her beloved. Her guide is a water sprite she saves from an evil farmer at the start of her quest. Together, they experience a host of adventures and a lot of fun. And although the water sprite's magic can help Aninka both to heal the sick and to defend against robbers, true love will be needed above all to save Vítek from the evil Princess Ebenie.
