The Godfather Story - DVD

If reforms over the last twenty years have seemed slow, then know that there was a group of people who considered the pace of these years to be rapid. The only what these people really regretted in the beginning, was that the highest nominal value of banknotes was 500 crowns and that the packages, which they treated, they were very cumbersome. In short, money was everywhere.

The story of The Godfather is inspired by Jaroslav Kmenta' s bestseller “The Godfather of Mrázek“.

It describes the rise and fall of a man who has moved from the business of digital watches to the position of the gray eminence of Czech politics.
In The Story of the Godfather, two worlds collide - faith in the law of the stronger and smarter and faith in justice. The desire for success represented by material wealth and the desire to serve the good, the law and the principles of a civilized society. We will follow the exciting duel between the representatives of law and order and a man who adapts the order to his own needs.
Policeman Cajthaml ( Lukáš Vaculík ) has been on the trail of Godfather ( Ondřej Vetchý ) all his life. He follows Godfather' s loving care for the family, his concern for securing it and his gradual path to power. Obsessed with his truth, the policeman sacrifices his own private life, watching the family idyll of the man on the other side of the barricade. The influence of his opponent is growing so much that he can disrupt the structures on the side of the law and eventually deprive Cajthaml of his position and work. Nevertheless, with bulldog perseverance, he believes in order and justice across the political systems he passes through during his hunt.

Captain Cajthaml' s tribute is a tribute to the police, who have not lost faith that justice should prevail.
