Martina lives with her partner and young daughter, Lenka with her new boyfriend. Both are relatively happy, although they don't have the best memories of their childhood. After the sudden death of their mother, a cycle of unexpected events and twists is set in motion that shake the sisters and stir up the calm waters of their lives. Which of the sisters decides to live in their deceased mother's house? Which will fundamentally change the world? And what does a mysterious house in a magical romantic place in the shadow of a castle ruin have to do with all this?
