The Man from the Labyrinth
Not every labyrinth has a way out…
In a hospital bed lies twenty-eight-year-old Samantha Andretti, who has been missing since she was thirteen. Profiler Green is trying to unravel the bizarre circumstances of her discovery. Everyone hopes he can find clues in Samantha's confused mind that will lead the police to her captor, the man in the labyrinth. Private detective Bruno Genko is also trying to solve the mystery of Samantha's disappearance. His determination to find the truth is driven by two facts. Firstly, this is the case he failed to solve fifteen years ago, a case that has troubled his conscience ever since. Secondly, he knows it will be the last case of his career. The doctors have been quite clear about his ailing heart, and he is essentially living on borrowed time.
The whole situation is complicated by the fact that the city has been hit by an unprecedented heatwave, forcing everyone to turn their daily routines upside down.
