The Phantom of Blackwood

The Blackwood Phantom audiobook, written by Darcy Coates, translated by Jana Hrdličková, narrated by Václav Knop. Haunted Houses #6 Mara is the daughter of spiritualists. Her childhood was filled with séances, fraudulent ghost whisperers, and talk of their presence. When she left her parents' home, she vowed never to let superstition into her life again. She's ready to start a new life with her fiancé, Neil, in a world based on rationality and facts. But her past isn't ready to let her go. Mara and Neil buy a house near Blackwood, a dilapidated building far from the city. They are warned that strange things happen in the crumbling property. Doors open on their own, voices whisper in the middle of the night, bloody handprints appear on the walls, and there are cold spots in the cellar where the original owner of the house was murdered. But the house was incredibly cheap, and Mara loves it, so she's determined to ignore the warnings. Because ghosts aren't real… …or are they?
