The sun will come out tomorrow

The book Zítra vyjde slunce (Tomorrow the Sun Will Rise) is the third novel by Simona Monyová. In it, she portrays the gradual collapse of the marriage between a young woman, Hedvika, and the egotistical Richard. The story begins in the final years of the totalitarian regime, when careerist Richard's desire for power and money leads to his downfall, sending him straight from the director's chair to prison. Hedvika's world collapses, not only in terms of financial security but also her relationships. However, a chance meeting with a former classmate, Lenka, and especially her brother-in-law, Ondřej, gradually sets the story on a different course.
