Charity Project - For 20 years, Cesta domů has been trying to change the way people die in the Czech Republic. They help the seriously ill cope with the last moments of their lives at home and support their families to manage their care. He's not saying that dying at home is the only right choice. But he's trying, to tell you, who wish it, they could die peacefully and with dignity there, where they like it, where they feel safe and not alone.
