Thermal bridges

The construction industry is currently moving more and more in the direction of maximizing energy savings and thus building low-energy and passive houses. Closely related to this is the issue of thermal bridges, which is the subject of this publication. This very practical handbook presents designers, engineers, building contractors and students with 85 proven, calculated and functional details. The construction details respect the Czech reality, Czech building methods and common building materials. The individual details were selected at critical points in the envelope structures and tested in several variations. The book Thermal bridges - Details for low-energy and passive houses is a continuation of many years of work by ing. Roman Šubrt's book is dedicated to this field and builds on previous very successful works.
