Trefoil

They call themselves the Three Leaf Clover. Elsa, Magda and Hans grow up in an orphanage with the promise that nothing will separate them. However, betrayal must not be allowed to creep into their friendship. Twelve years later, the Second World War reaches its peak and storm clouds gather over Germany. Hans is fighting with his last strength on the eastern front against the Soviets, from whose aggression Elsa is fleeing across snowy Pomerania. In Torgava, Magda deals with the presence of foreign soldiers in her own home. How far do old friends have to travel to get back together?
