Anna (Rebecca Hall) and Will (Dan Stevens) have had all of life's major firsts together: the first kiss, the first lovemaking and the first and only relationship. But just as Will is about to propose to Anna, their best friend Glenn suggests they try sleeping with other people before the wedding. And so the two soon find themselves on an unexpected romantic journey beyond the boundaries of a faithful relationship into waters unknown to both of them.
