Vitacit: Up Across the Ocean - CD

The first official album by the band Vitacit, titled Vzhůru přes oceán (Over the Ocean), was first released in 1990 and is considered by fans to be one of the cornerstones of Czech heavy metal. It was recorded by the legendary line-up of Miloš Dodo Doležal, Pavel Kuře Hejč, Luděk Adámek, and Ivan Polák.
It mainly features songs composed during their most popular period from 1988–1990. For its time, it was very well recorded and performed, but this 30th-anniversary remaster takes the original quality to the next level thanks to digital technology. When listening, you'll notice greater instrument separation and a more defined, powerful sound.

The album's producer and main songwriter, Miloš Dodo Doležal, also recorded two bonus songs from that era in his Hacienda studio (Labyrint srdce, Braň se). Compared to the original recording, this remastered version of the album features 12 tracks instead of 10.
