Vonica: It' s almost morning. - CD

With the fading tones of songs and dances from Haná Slovácko, I can confirm the following from the director' s chair: The new profile album of dulcimer music by VONICA Krumvíř and its soloists and guests is a significant folklore value of the region in which members of the leading South Moravian band live, work, play and sing and which it honors above all. Some with four, but most already with five (even six) crosses on the folk neck: at this age, the musicians and singers from “The Shadowless Region“ are slowly beginning to join the classics of their ethnographic field. The prestigious KLASIK attribute - and by no means patented in music - is used by more sophisticated Moravian winemakers for uniquely typical wines from the best locations. In folklore, this designation is imaginarily attributed to the band in its prime: the right tempos, character of dance rhythms and plastic dynamics are a matter of course, the band and its organizers know the exact degree of harmonization of melodic melodies in direct proportion to the style of the region, the voices of singing soloists are anchored to a distinctive and immediately recognizable colour. It' s just a moment when the band' s members are already actively cultivating the music genre as a much more integral part of their lifestyle than a “mere“ hobby. The true interpretation of long songs and spirited verbunks is an entry into the Haná-Slovácko classics not only for the very well-playing and well-singing Vonica, but namely for the baritone solitaire Martin Foretník, for the poetic dulcimerist Martin Zeman, for the authentic primate - singer František Koráb and with one breath also for the artistic director of the band and the important Moravian singer Jan Zaviačič. In the family spirit of “exempla trahunt“, the singer - pianist Jana Zaviačičová and the primate - singer Jan Coufal are also following in their footsteps on this CD. In addition to the viola, writing musical arrangements and conducting rehearsals will fall (or rather remain. ) to the bandleader Jend Zaviačič another very difficult task for the long haul: to motivate all musicians around them so that they do not relax in the age of increasing wrinkles and worries, so that they remain faithful to the genre and the band and in this light they reach other set milestones full of good and honest music, about the soul of the lost.
