Voxel: Butterfly Effect (2015) - CD

The singer-songwriter has named his second album "Motýlí efekt" (The Butterfly Effect) and will release it on the fourth day of September. The new tracks show Voxel's clear shift from dabbling in pop waters to pure guitar-based songwriting and carving out a unique position on the domestic music scene. The singer confirms this not only with his current single "Jednou", but also with the recent hit "V naší ulici".

Compared to his debut album "All Boom!", this time Voxel is the sole author of the music. The songwriting tandem is completed, as with most songs from the debut, by Jan Pokorný, also known as Pokáč. The singer-songwriter will also present himself as an excellent musician – he plays most of the instruments used: piano, acoustic guitar, ukulele, electric guitar, cajon, percussion, and Uzbek tar.

"This album is exactly as I wished and determined it to be – under my direction and without any compromises or attempts to please anyone, because only then can we get rid of all the awkwardness and create something that comes purely FROM US," states Voxel, among other things, who collaborated on the production with Honza Balcárek, one half of the duo Light & Love.

Let's add that the album "Motýlí efekt" will contain ten songs, and the distinctive album cover was created by Voxel's friend, Veronika Janíková.

Voxel, an extraordinary talent, has made his mark with hits like V síti, Superstar, Trip, Hitmaker, 5. Song, and V naší ulici. In the Český slavík popularity poll, he was nominated for Discovery of the Year and won in the Internet Star category for 2014. He also won the Discovery of the Year title at the Žebřík 2014 music awards and at the Óčko Music TV Awards 2012.
