We are all lobbyists

“ What, a lobbyist? So what do you really do for a living? “ “ Is it even possible to do this honestly? “ “ And it's legal? ” “ For the first time in my life I meet a lobbyist“. Many of the author's interviews with journalists, entrepreneurs, managers, students, academics and other people with an otherwise broad outlook began in a similar way. After a short conversation, the interviewer usually finds out that he actually knows many more lobbyists, and often finds out that even he is one himself, he just doesn't call himself one. Someone lobbies their town hall to take out the bins more often, another is involved in an association, runs a construction company, another advocates for the restoration of monuments in their neighbourhood. We all are or can be lobbyists.
