We paint with wax

The publication Painting with wax of the Šikovné ruce edition presents the basics of an unusual technique in the art world known as encaustic. Beautiful images, from abstract to realistic, are easily painted using an encaustic iron designed to heat, melt, melt and transfer coloured wax onto a substrate. The waxes are very easy to spread and peel off the smooth polished surface of the coated paper. The advantage of this artistic technique is that after mastering a few basic skills, we can achieve interesting results very quickly.
