We solve murders

Solving Murders is the first volume in a new series from the author of the successful and charmingly witty Thursday Detective Club series. Bodyguard Amy Wheeler is sent to a private island off the coast of South Carolina to protect famous writer, eccentric diva Rosie D'Antoni. A Russian billionaire is threatening her with death. It's a seemingly easy job for the seasoned Amy, who doesn't just get thrown off by anything. But everything soon changes and Amy finds her life in danger and she and Rosie flee to the mainland - determined to investigate the background to the murder of influencer Andrew Fairbanks. But he's not the only influencer to be murdered, and the situation is becoming increasingly muddled. Luckily, Amy and Rosie are not alone. The pair of women become a trio, complete with Amy's father-in-law Steve, a lover of the local pub and quiet routine. However, he is not allowed to do either because all the clues lead to Dubai... A thrilling adventure begins, full of kind but dry British humour and unexpected situations in which the charming characters of Let's Solve Murders find themselves. Osman takes aim at the world of celebrities, influencers and media influence, while maintaining his distinctive authorial handwriting.
