What the beneficiary should know

Being a subsidy recipient is not easy - there are a large number of tasks that the recipient of a subsidy is obliged to fulfil. The book is the only one on the market that provides comprehensive information on what a beneficiary of a subsidy should know, what it should look out for, and how it should proceed or what it can expect in case it runs into problems with the fulfilment of its obligations related to the use of the subsidy.

The book will provide information on the procedures of the provider in relation to the beneficiary of the subsidy in the event that non-fulfilment of obligations by the beneficiary of the subsidy is detected and on the procedures of the financial office in relation to the beneficiary of the subsidy in the investigation of a possible breach of budgetary discipline and the determination of subsequent „ sanctions“.

The book is intended for recipients of subsidies from state sources, i.e. the state budget, including European co-financing, state financial assets, the National Fund and state funds (under Act No. 218/2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and on amendments to certain related acts (budgetary rules).
