Wonderful hotel Marigold 1 + 2 - DVD

Wonderful hotel Marigold

Wonderful hotel Marigold, který sídlí v Indii, má být místem odpočinku pro skupinu noblesních důchodců z Velké Británie. It is supposed to be a place where he spends his well-deserved old age, surrounded by luxury and conveniences. He thinks so until these seven seniors, longing for change and a new life, find themselves at the gates of a not-quite-finished hotel. Thus begins a humorous and romantic adventure in a land of unexpected joys and possibilities. The following retirees arrive in sunlit Jaipur with the only desire to start living again: financially insecure, newly widowed Evelyn (Judi Dench), the illusion of Supreme Court Justice Graham (Tom Wilkinson), the quarrelsome couple Douglas and Jean (Bill Nighy and Penelope Wilton), the eternal seekers of love Norman (Ronald Pickup) and Madge (Celia Imrie) and Muriel (Maggie Smith) - whose only intention is to have a joint replaced in India and leave the country immediately. They all find themselves in the hands of Sonny Kapoor (Dev Patel), to the young, ambitious and naive owner, who inherited a once stunning building from his father, and who believes that he manages to turn it into a first-class luxury hotel. So far, he can only offer chaos, but what Sonny lacks in resources he can offer in abundance in enthusiasm and enthusiasm.

The second wonderful hotel Marigold

Meanwhile, the other members of their party are enjoying not only a rediscovered zest for life in India, but also new friendships and loves. Evelyn and Douglas (Judi Dench and Bill Nighy) are wondering every day about where their breakfast together will take them, while Norman and Carol (Ronald Pickup and Diana Hardcastle) are already sailing through the stormy waters of the relationship. Madge (Celia Imrie) dazzles two suitors at once, but she has a difficult choice, because they are both rich maharajas. Sonny' s mother becomes the muse of a new hotel guest, writer Guy Chambers (Richard Gere). And it is Sonny' s hotelier who finds it difficult to bring his mother closer to Guey. He is convinced that this mysterious writer is, in fact, a secret American hotel inspector who has come to evaluate the quality of his hotel services and may jeopardize his plans to involve hotels in the global network. And to make matters worse, his own wedding to Sunaina is approaching. And a proper Indian wedding is a much more complicated project than building a new hotel. Sonny desperately can' t handle either. Still, he' s surrounded by British friends who handle everything with foresight, because depriving viewers of a wedding spot would be almost a crime.
