Yello: One Second

LP Record Product information Dieter Meier, an heir who became a conceptual artist, founded the electronic synthesiser group Yello with Boris Blank in the late 1970s. Combining samples and beats with Meier's deep, distinctive voice, Yello became experts at blending elegance with eclecticism. One Second was their fifth album, released in 1987. The standout tracks on the album are "The Rhythm Divine", featuring vocals by Shirley Bassey, and "Goldrush", which was accompanied by a stunning music video that received airplay on music television channels. This is the first reissue of One Second since its original release.
