The Spanish bodega González Byass traditionally focuses on wines and sherries. With their MOM Gin, they decided to pay homage to the British gin tradition, but with their own unique twist. They add berries and exotic botanicals to the quadruple-distilled spirit. The result breaks stereotypes, yet does so with respect and aristocratic finesse. MOM premium gin is just fruity enough that the juicy notes don't overpower the flavour, but instead complement the classic botanical composition, which of course includes juniper. It is pleasantly dry on the palate, with a distinctly sweet, fruity finish.
