Ingredients

Ingredients (v přepočtu na denní dávku – 1/2 tablety 150mg): Microcrystalline cellulose 146mg, Melatonin 2.5mg, Magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent) 1mg, talc (filler) 0,5mg.

Dosage

1/2 tablet once a day before bedtime. The tablet should be swallowed with a sufficient amount of fluid. Melatonin is a hormone that the body creates itself, its production decreases with age, and therefore we recommend dosing individually with a doctor or pharmacist, after consultation it is possible to increase the dose to one whole tablet a day before bedtime.
