- Killer LAN network standard for smooth multimedia streaming and online gaming
- No more clumsy and frantic keystrokes thanks to improved mechanical keyboard
- Powerful Dynaudio speakers and subwoofer
- Webcam and memory card reader
Unprecedented spectacle
The GT83 is one of the first MSI notebooks that focus on VR Ready technology, which means virtual reality support. Your summer nights will be spent by exploring wondrous game worlds long into the early morning hours, as the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 and 4K surround display mode are set to provide a truly unbelievable spectacle.
Ideal keyboard design
Incidentally, this is also the first gaming notebook with an integrated Cherry MX mechanical keyboard with colourful backlighting, courtesy to the SteelSeries company. This makes your GT83 look extra stylish and you won’t have to frantically bash the keys to get your virtual hero to move properly.
Low weight, great mobility
The manufacturer claims the MSI GT83 is the lightest portable VR platform on the market. We shall see how true it is soon enough, so get your favorite games ready and start think about upgrading from your old notebook.
