An effective combination of Job's tears, citron, lotus seeds, and the vital mushroom Maitake for easy preparation of a drink to strengthen the Pi (Spleen) system and for overall detoxification. The MycoClean blend is based on the traditional Chinese medicine recipe Lian Ren San.
Milk thistle has excellent antioxidant and hepatoprotective effects. The main active ingredient, silymarin, supports normal liver function, its detoxification/cleansing, and regeneration. It aids digestion and cleanses the body, thereby contributing to natural defences. It has a positive effect on heart function and blood sugar levels.

Recommended Dosage

Standard dose:
1 teaspoon of powder per day (Children from 3 to 15 years old half a teaspoon per day)
Increased dose:
1 teaspoon of powder 2–3× a day.
Measure the powder with the enclosed spoon and mix in 200ml of lukewarm water. Best taken half an hour before breakfast.
Milk Thistle:
Standard dose:
1 capsule daily.
Increased dose:
1-2 capsules daily.
