Milk thistle and artichoke contribute to the health and proper function of the liver and gallbladder. They promote detoxification of the liver and the whole organism. They help proper digestion and have an antioxidant effect. Artichoke is a good weight loss aid and can help reduce cholesterol and blood fats. Choline contributes to the maintenance of proper liver function and to the metabolism of fats and homocysteine. Vitamins B6 and B12 help normal energy metabolism.
