Why is iron important?

Active ingredients NATURVITA Iron Plus
- Iron contributes to the normal production of red blood cells and hemoglobin. Iron is part of the haemoglobin molecule, where it binds oxygen as it is transported from the lungs to the tissues.
- Folic acid (folate) contributes to normal blood formation.
- Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal production of red blood cells.
