Vitamin D
It contributes to the normal function of the immune system, maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, proper muscle function, normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, and maintenance of normal blood calcium levels.

The Czech population suffers from vitamin D deficiency, which is crucial for strengthening immunity. Few foods contain vitamin D naturally, andpeople get it mainly from sunlight, oily fish, medicines and supplements. It is estimated that up to 1 billion people worldwide suffer from the deficiency. Vitamin D supplementation is therefore essential, both naturally and artificially.

Vitamin K
It contributes to the normal function of blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bone health.
It is important for the human body. Its main dietary sources are beef, yoghurt and soft cheeses, while the intake in a typical Central European diet may not be sufficient. Some vitamin K2 is also produced by bacteria in the human gut, but this can be weakened by frequent use of antibiotics.

Recommended dosage
Take 5 drops 1 × per day. The package contains approximately 800 drops (150 doses). Mix the liposomal concentrate in a glass of water, fruit juice or cold tea and drink immediately.
