The main ingredient of Artichoke forte with monacolin K is Artichoke vegetable extract 25:1. Artichoke extract contains naturally occurring antioxidants, supports proper digestive function and has a positive effect on blood fat and cholesterol levels. The product is enriched with red fermented rice extract, which is part of the common diet, for example in Japan. Thanks to the action of the yeast Monascus purpureus, red rice is a natural source of substances called monacolins. The main active ingredient is a natural substance called monacolin K.

Vegetable artichoke (Cynara scolymus, extract from Leviticus 25:1), fillers calcium hydrogen phosphate and microcrystalline cellulose, red fermented rice (Monascus purpureus, monacolin content 4%), stabilisers sodium carboxymethylcellulose and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, anti-caking agents stearic acid and magnesium stearate, polishing agent polyvinyl alcohol, moisturizing agent polyethylene glycol, E 170 dye, the anti-caking agent talc, stabilizer copolymer of polyvinyl pyrrolidone and vinyl acetate, E 172 dye.

Recommended dosage

1 tablet daily, preferably after meals. The tablets are swallowed whole with a glass of water. The recommended dosage must not be exceeded.

Not suitable for children and adolescents under 18 years of age and adults over 70 years of age, pregnant women and nursing mothers. Do not take more than 3 mg of monacolin per day.
