Glutathione is a small peptide with a molecule composed of three amino acids: glutamic acid, cysteine and glycine. It is produced by every cell in the body, but it is particularly important in the liver. It is involved in the removal of reactive oxygen species constantly produced in the metabolism of red blood cells and thus protects them from oxidative damage. Milk thistle and alpha lipoic acid are added as dfilling ingredients. Reduced active form of glutathione. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Non-GMO.
