A blend of two plant extracts quercetin and bromelain under the Now Foods banner. Quercetin (Quercetin) is a plant flavonol from the flavonoid group of polyphenols. It can be found in a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, leaves or cereals. Higher levels of quercetin are found in red onions and curly kale. Bromelain is an enzymewhich occurs naturally in all parts of the fresh pineapple, but is most often extracted from the juice of the fruit. Recommended dosage:
