Recommended dosage
Flexit Gelacoll Caps:
Basic recommended dose: 4-6 capsules per day between meals. Active athletes can increase the dose up to 8 capsules per day. Wash down with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Flexit Drink:
Mix 20 g (1 scoop) in 250-300 ml of water and take in the morning on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Once opened, store at 25 °C and use within 2 months. Shake the container before use.
