Due to the decreasing content of important vitamins and minerals in the soil and natural diet, as well as due to strenuous physical activity, dietary deficiencies or stress, the levels of these important micronutrients may decrease. Regular supplementation thus represents the complete basis of the supplementation pyramid, especially for physically active individuals and athletes.
