Bi-amp Design and 50W Power
The ONKYO GX-30ARC use a bi-amp design that independently amplifies the signal for the woofer and tweeter. Each channel has an output of 25W, with 17W for the bass and 8W for the treble. According to the supplied technical parameters, the frequency response is 55Hz to 20kHz. The maximum sound pressure level reaches 115dB.
HDMI ARC, USB-C, and Analogue Connection
HDMI ARC with CEC support allows you to connect the speakers to a TV or monitor. For other digital sources, there are USB-C and optical inputs, while analogue connectivity is provided by a 3.5mm AUX and RCA LINE/PHONO with the option to connect a turntable. Bluetooth 5.3 is used for wireless playback from compatible devices. The RCA Subwoofer Out allows you to add an active subwoofer to the setup. The MDF enclosures feature a compact design with removable protective grilles.
System Type
An active speaker is one that has a built-in amplifier, so all you need to do to listen is connect it to a sound source, either wired or wirelessly.Passive speakers are more often referred to as speaker systems. They are intended for high-quality, loud, and dynamic listening in the comfort of your home and are not suitable for frequent transport. The main advantage of passive speakers is the ability to connect a variety of sources through a separate amplifier.
Number of Channels
The number of channels in speaker systems and home cinemas indicates the number of independent audio signals (speakers) and subwoofers, most often in an X.Y format (e.g., 2.0, 5.1). It denotes how many audio tracks are reproduced simultaneously, which determines the spatial experience and bass depth of the system, from basic stereo sound (2.0) to surround sound (5.1 and higher).Specifications
