The ORION foamer with a diameter of 12.5 cm is equipped with a fine stainless steel sieve and is ideal for collecting foam when cooking broths, removing impurities or scooping dumplings. The very fine mesh size of 0.45 × 0.45 mm allows the liquid to flow out while the solid particles remain in the sieve.
