The ORION electric sharpener is used for effective maintenance of kitchen knives. Its two-stage system can handle both coarse sanding and fine final finishing. Suitable for sharpening steel and ceramic knives with straight blades. The grinding wheels are made of synthetic diamond. Anti-slip elements ensure safe handling, while removable covers ensure easy maintenance.

Two-stage grinding system

The electric sharpener works with a two-stage system that restores the edge on both steel and ceramic knives. The first stage with a coarser grit of #600 is used for basic shaping of the edges of blunt knives. The second stage uses a finer grit #1000 with a resin bond for final sanding and polishing. Both stages use synthetic diamond grinding wheels, which effectively grind even very hard materials.

Safe handling and easy cleaning

The bottom of the sharpener is equipped with anti-slip elements. Anti-slip elements hold the sharpener firmly on the worktop and prevent it from sliding during sharpening. Maintaining the device is also simple. The covers over the grinding wheels can be easily removed, making it easier to remove dust and material residues created during sharpening.

Power supply and design of the ORION sharpener

The sharpener is powered directly from the mains (230 V) using the included adapter. The 1.2 m power cable provides sufficient flexibility when placed on the kitchen counter. The body of the sharpener itself is made of ABS plastic . In addition to the device itself and the adapter, the package also includes an additional anti-slip pad and a storage bag.
