Purple corn is native to Mexico and Peru, where it grows only in limited locations and is very popular for its taste and nutritional properties. In addition to other substances (macro and microelements, vitamins), it is mainly a source of anthocyanin dyes.

Dosing:
Adults 2 × 1 tablespoon (2 × 5 g) per day. It can be consumed either on its own or added to yoghurts, smoothies, muesli, puddings or various drinks ( e.g. chicha morada), or also to add to the flour when baking.
Note:
It does not replace a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25 °C.
