Recommended dosage
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 150–200ml of still water and take once daily during or after a meal, together with the omega-3 fatty acid capsules. It is recommended to take the enzyme tablet approximately half an hour before a meal.
Warning
People with impaired glucose tolerance should consult a doctor before use (8.6g of carbohydrates per daily dose). Orthomol Tendo should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It is not intended for children or adolescents. Orthomol Tendo should not be used if other food supplements containing astaxanthin esters are consumed on the same day. People with blood clotting disorders should consult a doctor before use.
